| Federal Mail or Telephone Merchandise Order Rule - Cancellation of Orders |

| Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Merchandise Order Rule, when a seller determines that it cannot ship goods to a buyer within 30 days of the buyer's order or within the time period previously specified by the seller, the seller must: (1) promptly cancel the order and refund the buyer's money or (2) obtain the buyer's consent to a delayed shipment.
